What are the things that cause the most stress for you?
Work? School? Your relationship with your kids, parents, significant other?
Once you become aware of WHAT’S causing your stress, you’ve already taken the first step to cutting it down!
Three other things to try:
1) Practice saying NO, even if it’s “just for now.”
2) Set aside time for yourself everyday. Mark it in your appointment book: an hour for exercise, 45 minutes for a magazine?
3) Laugh– give yourself permission to see the funny side of things!
